The Deutsche Schule Shanghai (DSS) assumes no responsibility for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and completeness of the information. Liability claims against the DSS, which refer to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless the DSS can be proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence. All offers are subject to change and non-binding. If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. Personal data is treated confidentially and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished. The DSS expressly reserves the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails in the event of violations of this prohibition. The DSS makes every effort, in close cooperation with the hosting provider, to protect the databases as best as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification. When accessing our web pages, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general transmitted information about the operating system or browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be identified, which we can use to improve our offers accordingly.
